We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, caring and professional Learning Support Assistant to join our hardworking, committed team.
As well as working within the classroom, the successful candidate will also provide targeted support for our children who have additional needs.
The successful candidate will:
- ideally have experience of working with children with SEND in a learning environment.
- have 5 GCSEs to grade C including English and Maths or equivalent as a minimum.
- have high expectations for children's progress and attainment.
- understand the need to promote independence.
- be able to work as part of a team with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
- have excellent communication skills, relating well to children, colleagues and parents.
- contribute to creating a high quality, engaging learning environment, under direction and with the support of the class teachers.
- have a calm, positive and kind approach.
- be able to work independently and with initiative.
- be resilient, adaptable, organised and resourceful.
- have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.

Curriculum
We offer a broad and balanced curriculum designed to spark curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning.
