What skills and experience we're looking for
1. Good communication and problem solving.
2. Basic IT skills.
3. Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. Demonstrate good co-operative, interpersonal and effective listening skills.
6. Maintain confidentiality in matters relating to the school, its pupils, parents or carers.
7. Ability to cope with the requirements of the post, which will include working with pupils who have emotional/ behavioural/physical difficulties and be able to help pupils with self-care/intimate care when necessary.
8. Experience of working in a team situation.
9. Experience of working with pupils who have complex additional learning needs- Speech Language and Communications, Autism Spectrum, Moderate Learning Difficulties.
10. Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age.

All Saints Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint 2 highly experienced, committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants.
The successful candidate/s will need to demonstrate patience, perseverance and a flair for innovation and creativity in order to bring out the best in our children. We want to make learning irresistible for our children, families and staff. The successful candidate/s will join a highly skilled and flexible team who will work both in the classroom and with individual pupils across our 2 school sites.

All Saints is a wonderfully diverse and vibrant school, providing high quality education from nursery to Year 6; nearly 40 languages are spoken in our pupils’ homes, and the school is very popular in the local area, with most year-groups full and often over-subscribed. However, due to falling birth rates across Bradford, like many schools, All Saints have reduced its PAN from 90 to 60 from the September 2024 reception intake. They have also extended their nursery provision to include children from the age of 2. The high number of staff (around 27 teaching staff and 100 associate staff) reflects the larger than average size of the school.
