Learning Support Assistant (Level 2) job summary
The Pioneer Learning Trust is a small but growing Trust of collaborative schools in Luton. The Trust currently consists of 3 larger than average primary schools- Chantry Primary Academy, Southfield Primary Academy and Whitefield Primary Academy.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Learning Support Assistant.
The role involves supporting pupils individually or in groups in the classroom working under the full direction of the class teacher. You will support the class teacher in all aspects of classroom organisation, preparing learning resources to support the curriculum and helping to ensure that every child has access to learning opportunities that allow them to develop into independent, active learners.
Working hours: 30 hours per week 8.30am - 3.30pm with an hour lunch break, term time only
£15,821- £16,086 actual annual salary
Fixed term contract until August 2025
