Learning Support Assistant (Level 3) job summary
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SENDCo and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with groups or individuals. The primary focus area will be to support students to enable them to fully access the curriculum, removing barriers to learning where required. A high level of flexibility is required, supporting teachers with the planning cycle and preparation of resources. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENDCo.
