Job details

Job role: Learning support or cover supervisor
Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
Working pattern: Part time: 32 hours 5 minutes per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:25pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break) 37 weeks of the year – term time only
Contract type: Fixed term - Fixed until 31st August 2025
Actual salary: Salary: Band A Point 1 - 6 (£16,286.54 - £17,502.20 per annum)

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

The ability to communicate with other members of staff effectively
The planning of learning activities by identifying and preparing resources required to support lesson plans, learning outcomes
The ability to build a strong professional relationship with the children and their families
Good organisational skills
Good behaviour management skills
Accurate record keeping skills (Progress and medical where required)
A willingness to support personal care
A passion for the impact teaching and learning can have on improving life
A commitment to delivering education of the highest standard
A good level of Literacy and Numeracy
