Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are looking for a new Learning Support Assistant for a 1-1 named child in Early Years

We are looking for someone who:

• is able to demonstrate the importance of positive, nurturing relationships to get the best out of children
• is sensitive to the needs of individual children
• has high expectations
• shows a real commitment to helping children make progress in their learning and improve their wellbeing
• is creative and proactive and able to use own initiative whilst having the ability to work as part of a team
• has good communication, literacy and organisational skills
