What the school offers its staff
We are one of the largest junior schools in Southampton - taking in five classes per year group from Years 3 to 6 for children aged 7 to 11. We currently have 570 pupils on roll.
At Ludlow Junior School, we work hard to make sure that we are meeting the needs of all of our pupils, inside and outside of the classroom, whatever their background, ability or interests. Therefore, we are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic. You will work closely with a class teacher within a supportive team to develop learning for all children - in our school, LSAs work with all of the children, not only those with identified special educational needs.
In return we offer a supportive working environment, with continuous opportunities for coaching and development. You will also have access to contribute to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
