Ensuring all students can access education to meet their individual needs is, therefore, a priority.We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who is motivated and committed to delivering effective support that contributes to improving all students at Stourport High School & VIth Form College.
We have a new opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant, to work in conjunction with our SENCo to support students in the classroom and in small groups to facilitate student’s learning to improve their outcomes. The successful candidate will have a shared commitment to our values and must have the ability to form positive working relationships, working closely with outside professionals to best support the student.
The post-holder will work under the guidance of the SENCo and teaching staff, with duties ranging from class preparation to overseeing students’ personal and social development. The successful candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent communication skills to work effectively with all students.
