Learning Support Assistant (LSA) job summary

Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Hours: 30 hours per week.

08:30 am- 3:30 pm including supporting SEND children during lunchtime with an hour unpaid break

Payscale: H2 Spine Point 3, £22,737 (FTE). This role is term time only therefor the salary will be pro rata.

Contract: Permanent

Responsible to: Headteacher

An opportunity has arisen to join the St John’s Church of England Primary School staff team. The role involves supporting children with additional needs both on an individual basis and within group and class room settings. All our staff work in partnership to support the best outcomes for children and this involves a flexible approach.
