Learning Support Assistant & MDSA FTC job summary
Westlea is a fantastic mainstream primary school with a Nursery Class for children aged 3-4 years, growing Special Resource Provision (SRP) for children who are disabled and a Complex Needs Unit.
We are in search of a Learning Support Assistant who:

Hours: 26.5 per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 31.08.2025
Experience: You can join us as an entry level Support Assistant or an experienced Teaching Assistant. Please see the attached Job Descriptions for full details of the responsibilities and expectations of these roles.
Additional Post – MDSA
This role comes with the additional contract and role of MDSA to cover lunch time support. Please find attached the job description and person specification for role responsibilities.
Hours: 5 hrs per week
Training: It is important to us to ensure you feel valued and supported. Full training appropriate to the role will be provided.
