What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint LSAs to support children’s learning and wellbeing who:

• are highly motivated to support all children with their learning, enabling them to make progress and fulfil their potential.
• has some experience of classroom support, possibly having worked with children who have special needs
• has a wider interest in working with children, in a pastoral role

You should have:

• Good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent)
• a high degree of initiative, sound judgement, positivity and patience when working with children
• a focus on learning outcomes and progression for all children
