As Headteacher in the college I am committed to providing an excellent education for every child in our learning community.
Oathall College is very much a school at the heart of its community. The staff care passionately about the well-being of the children and are driven to ensure their educational experience is the best it can be. Our students are vibrant, enthusiastic learners and actively engage with the extensive range of opportunities available to them.
Our federation of secondary schools work closely together to enhance development opportunities for staff and the educational experiences of the young people in the area. The professional development of all staff is a high priority at Oathall. We are constantly looking to improve and are focussed on becoming an outstanding school.
Successful applicants will join a team committed to securing the highest quality learning experiences so that all of our students receive an outstanding education. The team works tirelessly to nurture a creative learning environment with an emphasis on developing independent learners. Inspiring students to develop a love of learning, to aim high and to maximise their full potential will be at the heart of what you do.
Applicants will be dedicated, creative and talented with the ability to inspire others. They will model outstanding practice in the classroom and in all interactions with colleagues, parents and students. They will need the ability to work following their own initiative and also the skills to work closely in our Faculty teams.
You will find further information on our website, but please don’t hesitate to contact me if you wish to know anything further.
I look forward to welcoming you to Oathall.
Mr E Rodriguez
