We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic team at Pioneer School, a special school providing for children and young people between the ages of 3 to 19 with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties.
We're committed to providing an excellent education to every child in our modern and inspiring learning environment!
About the Role:
* You will work in partnership with class teachers to support pupils' learning.
* You will attend to pupils' personal needs, including toileting, dressing, feeding and mobility.
* This is a part-time, permanent or fixed term position for 26.5 hours per week.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is a plus!
* This role would also be a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an SEN classroom.
* You'll need to take a basic numeracy & literacy test as part of the application process
