Learning Support Assistant job summary

The School is actively looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys supporting and enabling children to learn and wants to play an integral role in supporting teaching and learning in a school thereby raising the standard of achievement for all students. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the embedding formative assessment (EFA) project that the school is running over the next 2 years.

Candidates must be excellent communicators, motivated, able to work independently and have good ICT skills. You will be liaising with teachers regarding planning and differentiation of work and supporting the provision plans of students with an EHCP.
