What skills and experience we're looking for
You’ll find this job rewarding as you will help make a difference to the lives of young people by providing in classroom support for students
You’ll deliver interventions to individuals or small groups, particularly for students with special educational needs
You’ll work under the guidance of the SENDCo and Inclusion Manager to deliver special educational needs interventions for individual (and groups of) students
You’ll assist the SENDCo and Inclusion Managers with the development and implementation of student learning plans and help provide individual pastoral support to pupils
You’ll do this by developing constructive relationships with individuals and responding to their individual needs, whilst acting as a role model
Support the assessment of pupils to determine those in need of particular help and support
