Learning Support Assistant job summary

You will require patience, flexibility and be committed to helping children develop as independent and confident individuals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work closely with the room leader, the SENCo and external advisors. You should be keen to learn, be able to work on your own initiative, and carry out advice consistently.

Our school is located in Borehamwood with amazing transport links to inner London. The school sits just off the A1 motorway making it very easy to access from all parts of Hertfordshire.
This role is full time, Monday to Friday from 8:45-3:15pm, term time only, on a fixed term basis until July 2025.
