Contract: 28.75 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Belvoirdale Primary School (Good Ofsted, November 2023) in the heart of Coalville, are seeking applications for the position of a Learning Support Assistant. The role is to provide support within the school’s KS2 SEND HUB (Cedar class). This will require focussed EHCP and pupil passport support throughout the day. You will:

  • Have a good standard of education
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have experience of supporting teaching and learning for SEND pupils across the primary curriculum.
  • Have experience/knowledge of working with all abilities including ASD/ADHD, SEMH, SEND and related learning behaviours
  • Have a knowledge of the new SEND code of practice that supports an inclusive classroom
