Are you passionate about helping all children to succeed?

We are looking for a dedicated individual to work in our school as a learning support assistant.  As an LSA at St Andrew’s, you would experience and support a range of needs and year groups, working with very young and early developmental pupils up to year 6 pupils. Interest in speech and language development is a benefit. You will be key part of the team making a significant contribution to key pupils’ progress and development. We are committed to the professional development of all our staff and we will support you to develop in this role and this could be the beginning into a new career in education.

We have Forest Schools provision and pupils enjoy accessing our music, cooking and art rooms. There is ample on-site car parking for staff.

This is a 5 day (31.25 hours per week) fixed term term time position ( 38 weeks) from 01/09/2025 and ending 31/08/2026
