Broad Horizons Education Trust is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at St. Clements Hill Primary Academy.
The school, which sits at the heart of a growing community, opened in September 2018 and is situated on the edge of Norwich’s northern ring road. We initially opened with a Reception Class and grew to include our first Year 6 cohort this September 2024.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs across the school. We're ideally looking for someone with experience of supporting children with additional and complex needs but if you think you have the right skill set for this role please contact us.
Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to display patience, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability. The ability to work independently and as part of our team is essential. Working as a Learning Support Assistant is a great opportunity to work closely with pupils who have some difficulty in accessing the curriculum.
As part of the Broad Horizons Education Trust you will be included in a family of Academies who put the needs of children at the forefront of their education. The academy ethos of ‘Here, Children Thrive’ is reflected amongst all staff and all our staff work collaboratively to support children’s emotional, physical and academic development.
