We seek an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join us at Swallowdale Primary School on a fixed term basis until August 2022.
The post will initially be on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year when it will be reviewed dependent on continued funding.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Learning Support Team who will provide support to pupils across the school. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic person who is committed to providing high quality provision to our pupils and support to the Teachers within the school.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Learning Support Team who provide support across the school. The role will require supporting students on a 1:1 basis and working with different classes or key stages, depending on the needs of the pupils and of the school as a whole.
The ideal candidate for the role will be NVQ Level 2 qualified or equivalent with experience of supporting teaching and learning in an educational setting.
The ability to take direction from the classroom and within the department to ensure all tasks and learning is undertaken within and outside of the classroom will be essential to being successful in this role.
