What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and effective team
player to join our team of LSAs to support the classroom teacher with their
responsibility for the development and progress of all students, assist in the
development of pupils’ learning and the provision of care and the management of
students’ behaviour under the guidance of the teacher and Senior Leadership
Team.
You will need to hold an NVQ 2 or above to apply and have recent and relevant experience. You will have high expectations of work and behaviour. You will be able to work effectively in a team and be flexible, as well as be able to show initiative.
