Are you flexible, patient, caring and confident with children?
We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside the teachers and other support staff in our Academy’s COIN setting. Our COIN provides specialist teaching in a mainstream setting for children with speech, language and communication needs.
You will support the children with patience, resourcefulness and high expectations of learning and behaviour. You will need enthusiasm, good communication skills and a genuine passion for children and what motivates them. You will be willing to learn more about supporting children to manage their feelings.
Salary scale Kite Tier 2: £18,147 - £22,145 FTE (£13,965 - £17,042 actual salary, depending on experience)
We can offer you a dedicated and friendly staff team; training opportunities in key skills and children who enjoy learning and are positive about their school.
