What skills and experience we're looking for

Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is to help realise our mission by ensuring that every child achieves their absolute best. You will do this by working closely with young people who have special educational needs, or other barriers to learning and provide support for their academic achievement, under the direction of the SENDCo. You will also support the Phase Leader and Pastoral Support Leaders in providing outstanding pastoral care for our students.

In this role you will work closely with the Lead LSA for Communication and Interaction to support and celebrate our autistic individuals at Trinity Academy. You will provide in class support and bespoke intervention in order to make sure that our students are included in our community and able to access all that Trinity has to offer.
