Learning Support Assistant (working within Early Years) job summary
Learning Support Assistant required to work across the EYFS and to support children with SEND
Sires Hill Primary Academy opened its doors for the very first time in September 2023, and welcomed our new 2 year olds into the school in September 2024. The school will eventually become a two form entry primary school with a nursery with children aged 2-11.
We are looking for a member of staff to join our Early Years team working within our nursery and reception classes .
We are looking for staff who:

- Who understand our youngest pupils and can lead learning through play and wonder

- Can fill our children’s lives with creativity, challenge, wonder and fun

More information about the post:
The post is 33.30 hours per week.
The working hours are 8.30 am - 3.40pm (half an hour lunch which is unpaid)
You will be paid on the NJC scale, starting at spine point 3.
The pro rata salary for this post is £23,376. actual will be: £17, 934
This post is term time only (which includes 5 inset days).
Fixed term contract from date of commencement which may be extended, initial fixed term will be until end of the summer term.
The post includes lunchtime cover, supporting children both inside and outside.
