Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) job summary
Due to a rise in pupil numbers, we have vacancies for Classroom Assistants/Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a number of positions from part time and full time hours 18-30 hours per week during term time, starting as soon as possible.
The posts offer interesting and rewarding opportunities for caring, enthusiastic and energetic people who ideally has experience of working with children.
The salary starting from £20,852 to £23,023 pro rata, plus up to £1500 allowance
Hourly rate £10.81- £11.93
Scale points grade 6, spinal points 8-13
This role is term time only; however, we have extra hours available to support after-school club and all holiday clubs.
No experience necessary as full training is available, CPD for specialised areas including HLTA available.
In addition we offer the Local Government Pension Scheme, a defined benefit public sector scheme, and an Employee Assistance Programme 24-hour help line and life assurance, staff tea and coffee.
Hours are 9.00 am – 3.30 pm (primary) or 8.50 am to 3.20 pm (secondary) we have a number of roles from 3-5 days available.
