What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have a good standard of written and spoken English
- Be motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
- Be resilient, flexible and proactive
- Provide tailored support under the guidance of our experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo).
- Work as part of a dynamic team to facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with personal care needs ensuring the dignity and respect of all students.
- Implement customised learning activities and monitor student progress.
- Contribute to the development of support plans that cater to individual student needs.
