What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidates will be;
- Experienced in working in KS1 andsupporting the teaching and learning of phonics.
- Confident to lead small group catch up tutoring.
- Confident in ensuring the well-being of all children.
- Able to communicate effectively andwork constructively as part of a teaching team.

Further details about the role
As part of this role, you will;
- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering learning activities including small group and individual support.
- Support the teaching of early reading and phonicsEstablish and maintain effective relationships with pupils and staff.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the learning environment.
- Participate in appropriate staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to classroom management.
