What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you flexible, patient, caring and confident with children?
We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside the teachers and other support staff in our Academy’s early years setting. You will support the children with patience, resourcefulness and high expectations of learning and behaviour. You will need enthusiasm, good communication skills and a genuine passion for children and what motivates them. You will be willing to learn more about supporting children to manage their feelings.
EYFS 1:1 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday term time (permanent contract)
EYFS general LSA 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday term time (permanent contract)
KS2 1:1 8:30am – 12:30pm Monday to Friday term time (fixed term contract to July 23)
Salary: Actual salary £14,205 - £17,335 (32.5 hours per week) and
£8,741 - £10,668 (20 hours per week) depending on experience
Kite Academy Pay Scale Tier 2, £18,459 - £22,526 FTE
