LEARNING SUPPORT OFFICER
Term-time + INSET days 35 hours per week
(£18,000 FTE, actual pro rata salary £15,583.56 gross per annum)
Applications are invited from a SEND professional willing to work with a range of professionals such as occupational health and speech therapists.
SEND qualifications are desired but not essential.
We would also be willing to consider applications from experienced colleagues interested in a part-time position.
Applicants will need to possess:
• An excellent understanding of SEND procedures
• An ability to work as part of a team
• An enthusiasm for working in an educational environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Dartford Grammar School is a selective secondary academy for boys, which admits girls to its sixth form. There are six forms of entry to Year 7, and all of the students joining the school are from the top 25% of the ability range. The students come from Dartford, neighbouring towns and villages, and nearby London boroughs. The current roll is 1,532, including 616 in the sixth form.
