What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic practitioner to join our outstanding Nursery School team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children in a nurturing and educational setting helping them develop and thrive in their early years. As a key member of the Nursery School team you will play an essential role in supporting children’s daily routines and educational and inclusive experiences focusing on children with additional special educational needs and disabilities. You will also be responsible for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where each child and their family feel secure and valued.
It is an essential requirement that the successful candidate holds a Level 2 qualification in childcare. Prior experience in a nursery or school setting would be highly beneficial, as would a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. You should be compassionate, patient, and able to work collaboratively within a team which always prioritises the needs of children.
