Located in Hammersmith and Fulham, Ormiston Bridge Academy is an alternative provision academy that provides full-time education and support for learners who are not accessing mainstream schools. About this role
The purpose of this role is to work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic learning support professional to join our highly dedicated team.
You will need to have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to suit the varying and sometimes complex needs of our students and be prepared to undertake any associated tasks as required. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and will work effectively on their own to support the running of the department. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students.
