Learning Support Unit Manager job summary
Ninestiles, an Academy is seeking a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to manage our newly created Learning Support Unit. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will be expected to manage the Learning Support Unit (LSU) on a day-to-day basis, constructing and organising the delivery of personalised timetables and liaising with classroom teachers for part-time LSU students, in order to contribute to a high-quality climate for learning for the children and young people at Ninestiles, an Academy.
This is an exciting new role within our school, where you will be working pro-actively with students with a variety of needs, including behavioural challenges, taking responsibility for behaviour management in the LSU on a daily basis, as well as supporting the responsibilities of the LSU Assistant.
