The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College is a large secondary school based in Wroughton. Our students are proud of our school community and enjoy fast-paced and highly rewarding environment with extensive extra-curricular opportunities.
We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced or aspiring Leisure Centre Duty Manager to help manage our dual usage Leisure Centre on-site at The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College in Wroughton, Swindon.

All About You
Do you have what it takes to join us? The Leisure Centre Duty Manager we would like to join us will:
Be able to develop an effective programme of activities and events to engage the local community and maximise facility usage.
Have experience in working in a leisure and/or customer service environment.
Have knowledge of health and safety to ensure a safe environment at all times.
Have team leadership skills.
Have a keen interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.
