Lettings Administrator job summary

We're hiring a Lettings Assistant!

We're looking for a friendly and organised Lettings Assistant to join our team at Firth Park Academy. This role will support the booking of school facilities

You're someone who'll be able to:

* Open and lock up the facilities.
* Meet and greet lettings customers.
* Cleaning the toilets and facilities after use.
* Recording / Administration of last minute bookings.
* Be flexible and able to cover at short notice.

You're someone who has:

* Enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing role.
* Experience of working in an office environment.
* Strong organisation skills.
