Lettings Facilitator (part time; evenings and weekends) job summary
About the role: The majority of academies across LAT hire out fantastic on-site facilities which are used for sports and event hirings of an evening and at weekends. We now have a great opportunity to appoint a Lettings Facilitator who will be responsible for opening the site for the hirings/events, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting them with any queries, administration duties, decoration of the building, and locking the premises at the end of the hiring/event. Our successful candidate will cover the hirings booked across the week (including Saturdays and Sundays), mainly at Bearsted Primary and Snowfields Academy, therefore, we require candidates to be flexible, reliable and professional. Occasionally, the Lettings Facilitator will also cover bookings at other Maidstone Trust academies. Rest assured that definitive hours will be agreed well in advance and can be discussed during the interview.
This position offers £10.26 per hour and we would like the successful candidates to join us as soon as possible.
