What skills and experience we're looking for
Bexhill Academy is seeking a Lettings Officer to complement the work of our existing Facilities Team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Flexibility, reliability, calmness under pressure and enthusiasm to work with the general public as well as the Parents, Pupils and Staff of Bexhill Academy
- Attention to detail
- Able to manage resources effectively
- Organisational skills
- General level of physical fitness
- Able to use own initiative and work confidently on their own
- Be confident in ensuring the safety of all people on site, including themselves
