We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Lettings/Site team Assistant to join our team at Greensward Academy in Hockley, Essex.

This is a casual, zero hours contract working as and when required.

Shifts maybe:

* Weekdays:

* 4am- 6am during exam/mock period to set up exam desks and tables
* 5.30pm- 10pm to cover lettings and school events
* 9pm-11pm to set up or take down exam tables and chairs during exam/mock time
* Any time to cover site team.

* Weekends: To cover lettings and or to set up exam desks and chairs during exam/mock period

You will supervise the use of school facilities by external hires ensuring they are using the facilities correctly and safely. You will be responsible for opening and closing the facilities, meeting and greeting hirers and responding to any building emergencies. This role includes cleaning.
