Level 2 EAL Learning Support Assistant (Pupil Engagement Coach) job summary

We are looking for Committed and enthusiastic staff able to show an understanding of, and sensitivity to, the needs and feelings of pupils who speak English as an additional language.
Have the skills required to work positively and proactively with pupils to support them to develop their command of English in order that they are able to make progress across the curriculum.
Have high aspirations for the pupils’ success and contribute in this supportive role to securing an outstanding learning experience for all pupils

We are keen to hear from candidates with support and learning specialism who under the guidance of teaching staff, implement agreed work with individuals and groups with a range difficulties particularly including EAL to enable them experience the broad balanced curriculum. Candidates may also be involved in duties including supporting the Extended Schools Agenda. These roles include whole school duties each week.
