The qualities we are looking for include:
Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate
effectively at all levels
Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging
behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Knowledge and experience of behaviour management and
Experience of working with secondary aged students with
Having a driving licence is desirable for this role.
