Level 2 Learning Support Assistants job summary

At St John's School, we specialise in providing exceptional education for children and young people aged 2 - 19 with severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties. Our dedicated team is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every student can thrive.

As a valued team member, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting both teaching staff and pupils across a variety of activities throughout the school day, including swimming.

While previous experience working with children with special needs is beneficial, what we truly value is your enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to making a difference.

The hours are 32.5 per week, term time only, plus 5 training days.

Salary Level 2AS – Point 4-5 ( £17,832 - £18,130 actual per annum)
