What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a L2 Teaching assistant to work within our new provision – The Haven. The Haven is an enhanced provision unit which supports children with complex communication and language needs.
We are looking to welcome to our team a TA who is:
- Passionate about making a real difference to pupils with SEND
- Committed to our school values and vision
- Calm, reflective and caring towards all our children
- A team player, with a great sense of humour!
- Able to develop strong relationships with our children and their families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support
- Knowledgeable of the curriculum
- Has excellent behaviour management skills
- A lover of the outdoors
