Level 2 Teaching Assistant (1 to 1 support in EYFS) job summary
One Excellence Multi Academy Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of four schools. The Trust was founded in July 2017 and is a mixed Multi Academy Trust. The programme includes physiotherapy, nurse support service and drop-in clinic, counselling, mindfulness sessions, weight management, stress awareness, GP consultations and private medical operations if required. The Headteacher and Directors wish to appoint a motivated and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support for a child in EYFS.
The role will involve:
- Supporting and working with either individual children, or groups, under the guidance of the teacher.
- Following, supporting and implementing children’s individual support plans.
- Providing a high standard of nurturing and education for all children within the class.
- Being proactive, flexible and a reliable team player, offering support to colleagues when required.
- Building and maintain strong relationships with children, parents and other settings or agencies to enable all children to develop and flourish with their needs at the forefront of all we do.
