Level 2 teaching assistant job summary

Abbeyfield Primary Academy are looking to appoint an experienced level 2 teaching assistant to work in a dynamic and forward thinking school.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to positively influence the life chances of our committed, confident and enthusiastic learners and be part of an innovative progressive team all working towards one goal, achieving the highest possible outcome for all our children.

The essential aspects of this post is the ability to motivate children along with a commitment to raise achievements and standards.  An NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience is needed, along with a good standard of English and Mathematics.  Candidates should be able to demonstrate sound ICT and excellent interpersonal skills and be flexible and adaptable.
