Level 2 Teaching Assistant job summary
Ladybarn Primary wishes to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and talented teaching assistant to join the Key Stage 1 team, supporting children individually and in small groups, supporting learning, social and pastoral development.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individuals. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential and successful completion of tests in these areas is part of the interview process. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential. This role includes lunchtime supervision.
We offer strong professional development and a number of our TA's go onto to teacher training.
Salary - Level 2, Grade 3, £18,933 pro rata, term time only, 35 hrs per week which equates to apx £16,230 per annum.
This position is subject to 2 professional references and DBS clearance.

The above post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references and will be exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
