What skills and experience we're looking for

Windrush Charlton are looking to recruit the following staff:

Level 3, Experienced 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Fixed Term Contract (whilst the child attends our school)

Level 3, Experienced Teaching Assistant – Permanent Contract

FTE Salary: Scale 3 £27,030.00 - £27,438.00 pro rota (dependent on Experience)

Annualised Salary: £17,669.00 - £17,936.61 (dependent on Experience)

Contract: 26.25 hours – Term Time only

Start Date: Monday 2nd September 2024

Closing date: Monday 3rd June 2024 at 12pm

Interviews: Friday 14th June 2024

We are looking to recruit the above posts with school experience to join our team. Candidates must be willing to become part of our whole school team and should be hard working, highly positive and able to use their initiative. You should be adaptable, creative and able to communicate well with adults and children. Our ethos is one of happiness, care and respect.
