We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and work with us in developing and growing our new pre-school setting.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Early Yearsor equivalent.
  • Be able to provide an environment that delivers both education and care and enhances children’s learning opportunities.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Have high expectations and be committed to raising the achievement of all children.
  • Be supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school.
  • Have good communication, numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Have a personal commitment to ongoing professional development.

Towcester Primary School is a proud member of PDET, alongside 32 other schools in the Rutland, Peterborough and Northamptonshire area. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing the finances and other central services for the Academies in the Trust. These services include HR support; facilities and premises; procurement and school effectiveness.
