Level 3 EYFS LSA job summary
To act as an integral part of the Academy staff team and to support all colleagues in maintaining and developing the ethos, values and expectations of the academy and support agreed Academy policy in all areas.
You must hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
Be a positive role model
Have a desire to work with an organisation that respects individuality and creativity
Have a strong knowledge of the Key Stage curriculum which is reflected in your practice
