What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a L3 Teaching assistant to work within our brand-new provision – The Haven. The Haven is an enhanced provision unit which supports children with complex communication and language needs.

We are looking to welcome to our team a TA who is:

  • Passionate about making a real difference to pupils with SEND
  • Committed to our school values and vision
  • Calm, reflective and caring towards all our children
  • A team player, with a great sense of humour!
  • Able to develop strong relationships with our children and their families to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support
  • Knowledgeable of the curriculum
  • Has excellent behaviour management skills
  • A lover of the outdoors
