What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a real difference? Alphington Primary School are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our dedicated team. You will have a genuine passion for working with young children and an understanding of the importance of play, exploration and early learning experiences with a minimum of a Level 3 Childcare qualification(or equivalent DfE approved Early Years qualification)
We are looking for someone who:
- has the ability and confidence to take the lead across the setting as required.
- can help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- help deliver high level and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support the well-being and development of all children in the early years setting
