We would like to offer the exciting opportunity to apply for Teaching Assistant roles at Marlborough Primary School which is part of Leigh Trust.

We are looking to appoint teaching assistants who have high expectations, of themselves and their pupils, and have the ability to support, inspire, motivate and challenge pupils through quality teaching and creative learning experiences.

We are an inclusive school that places great importance on the development and success of all children. The school has very high expectations and standards of behaviour and has effective strategies in place to engage children before, during and after the school day. The school has a number of strong partnerships with external agencies and an important role within the community.

The post will provide an excellent opportunity for further professional development.

has proven experience

has GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade C or above is essential

has a proven track record of raising standards

is able to work in a creative way to deliver exciting lessons

can inspire and motivate all children to learn

is willing to work independently and as part of a team to improve their own practice

has strong communication skills

has the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role

is dedicated to ensuring the overall safeguarding and wellbeing of all children
